Inspirational. Unique. Engaging. The Windsor Contemporary Art Fair is all these things and so much more.

Now in its 13th year, the Fair is a prominent national arts event. It brings together over 150 artists, printmakers, photographers, sculptors, ceramicists and selected galleries from the UK and Europe to offer the very best in contemporary art.

About the Fair

In line with its ethos of 'Real art for real people', prices are affordable at between £40 and £4,000. The atmosphere is informal, friendly and relaxed, with something for everyone.

Visitors can expect to see an inspirational range of artwork and the Fair is a unique opportunity for new and more experienced collectors to view and buy direct from artists. It is also a rare chance to engage with the art's creators and understand their inspiration and talent. By promoting art to a wider audience, the Fair acts as a crucial sales forum for artists and galleries.

Interactive art

Interacting with art is an integral part of the event. Visitors can participate in themed workshops by Reading artists' group, Jelly. These include printing and drawing drop-in sessions. Or why not join Este MacLeod and add your own daub to one of her evolving canvases?

We encourage everyone to join in the workshops, they are great fun and have been known to completely change people's perceptions of their own artistic capabilities.

At the Fair we also invite visitors to vote for their favourite exhibitor for the Visitor Award. The selection can be based on creativity, originality, presentation or pure artistic talent - it's up to you!

"If you haven't been before a treat awaits you!"

Our chosen charity

Each year, we work with The Prince's Trust to raise funds and awareness of their work. Miniature canvases, created and donated by exhibiting artists, will be for sale for £45 each from the Prince's Trust stand. All proceeds go towards the Trust's work in helping young and disadvantaged people in the local area.
